Second time here, always a fantastic restaurant, with kind and fast staff and so tasty food!Really suggested!

Buddha Indian Restaurant

This is one of my favorite restaurants in town, and I have been a regular for nearly 30 years. The quality is on very good standards and the price/quality ratio extremely good. The location is very charming - a building dating to the 1300 restored with gusto - and has outside seating in the warm months. Good wine list from Sardinia.

With family or friends, it&#39;s a great place for dinner or lunch.

We had a reservation and waited for 30 minutes to be seated. Food is average. We excpected more from italian pasta and steak was ordered as medium but was not made like that.

This is a nice spot in the hearth of Padova. We had one spicy tartare, one pasta with seafood and one fried seafood platter. food was generally good, even though not unforgettable: pasta was a bit greasy (this is very personal, though) and fired seafood platter was boring, as it had the bare minimum variety (squids, shrimps and a couple of small prawns). What really spoilt the experience was:1. The discount was applied wrong, and we had to re-calculate the amounts2. They charged us 3&euro; for polenta to go with the platter, without even applying the discount. I consider this vert stingy and not of great taste

We had different Indian breads and two vegetarian main corses. All was delicious. The prices were very reasonable. The staff was friendly and the service fast. When we arrived at 8 pm there were only very few tables occupied but by the time we left the place was packed. We will definitely come back soon!

The menu is varied and includes the Indian classics. The food is tasty and is complemented by the spicy chutney, sweet chutney, and yogurt. For me, coming from the San Francisco Bay Area which is fortunate to have many Indian people and restaurants, the food was bland heat-wise. Italian&rsquo;s in general, do not appreciate anything spicy. So the restaurant caters to the local preferences. I recommend ordering at last 2 dishes to sample the food (I had chicken tiki masala- very tasty though bland, and spinach with cheese cubes) plus the naan sample basket (if there are at least 3 of you as it is very generous in size).

I am happy we discovered this restaurant.  The atmosphere is warm and cosy. The personnel very hospitable and attentive service. The food was excellent.

An amazing experience! Excellent food, wonderful location and very great service!  This was our first time with Indian food and this restaurant and the employees were able to shape us a WOW experience. We&#39;ll come back surely! The cost is like eat sushi, but the quality is super!
